When planning implementation you have to consider administration, performance and impact on the users. If these areas are not researched and planned in detail end users may experience difficulties, applications may encounter problems and performance can be adversely affected. ATS's first task is to gain a precise understanding of your security policy; then using our experience and knowledge of the iSeries we create a detailed implementation plan. We then review the plan with you to insure you understand the implications and deliverables. Once this has been agreed, implementation will take place. 20 days support is provided for all post implementation related issues or questions.
